Disconnect with wrapupSkipped doesn't work

I use method for disconnect email conversation

/api/v2/conversations/emails/{conversationId}/participants/{participantId}

with parameters:

{
"state": "disconnected",
"wrapupSkipped": true
}

Api method was executed, but my conversation is activating in after call work. In queue After Call Work parameter is optional. Why wrapupSkipped parameter can be ignored?

Hello,

Have you enabled After Call Work at the Communication level in your Genesys Cloud org? Or is this setting disabled?
