Embeddable Framework - DisconnectCommandTimeout

Hello,

I am utiziling a public deployment of the Embeddable Framework and am running into an issue. After reviewing the console logs, the finding shows that there are network related errors which not directly related to our public deployment. We are seeing the following:

:"DisconnectCommandTimeout","message":"Disconnect command failed to complete in time.","messageWithParams":"Disconnect command failed to complete in time.","messageParams":{"text":"Disconnect command failed to complete in time."}

Does anyone have any suggestions on what might be causing this?

judging from the log statement, it would appear that the API call to disconnect a conversation did not complete in the expected timeframe, so it was logging an error. As this is part of the core operations of the client, there is not much that can be done about this from a developer perspective; if it is causing performance/operational issues, then a ticket should be opened with Genesys Cloud care to investigate further.
