Hi all!
Our team has been using the method GET /api/v2/routing/queues/{queueId}/estimatedwaittime?conversationId={conversationId} to obtain the estimated wait time for a conversation in a queue.
Recently, we found that the API /api/v2/routing/queues/{queueId}/estimatedwaittime was described as deprecated on Genesys documentation at https://developer.genesys.cloud/routing/routing/estimatedwaittime-v2#getting-estimated-wait-time-for-a-queue. Yet, I also found no traces of deprecation of this API from either API explorer or Genesys Anouncment.
Does anyone know whether this API is deprecated or not?
