Hi @ManjuR . This issue has been resolved. You will see this fixed on the next release which is scheduled for Tuesday the 4th of February. After upgrading your provider, the deployment will not fail, but it will log information about prompts whose files were not successfully transcoded. If this is an issue for you, I would recommend you contact care to figure out why this is happening.
The team is still working on the release. It should be done sometime this week. We are usually pretty good about releasing, but if we find something in our testing it can delay the release while we sort things out.
is this fix release happening today? Our project delivery is getting delayed because we are unable to do end to end testing and we are supposed confirm our client on ETA.
Please confirm on the fix release.
