Error 413 payload.too.large

Good morning dear.

Please support me with the following:

I am making a query to the APi Analytics Conversation Detail Query:
PostAnalyticsConversationsDetailsQuery:

The API query interval is only 4 hours, on the same day.
Why could it be giving me this type of error?

Please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to report this issue. They'll need to see the full query request body and the correlation ID from the response. This isn't supposed to happen.

In the meantime, using a smaller page size should work around the issue.
