Error handling when download message

I faced problem when I call GetConversationRecordingmetadata return error message the below error message.

Error calling GetConversationRecordingmetadata: {"message":"Invalid login credentials.","code":"bad.credentials","status":401,"contextId":"c530d1f4-4af4-4c3d-92ce-a64f8190ded0","details":[],"errors":[]}

Looks like an authentication error. Make sure you have the right login credentials: https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/sdk/dotnet#authenticating

I use the same credentials when download record voice it is working well, but when I use it to download WhatsApp messages I get this error, and Please I need your advice if there is another way to download WhatsApp messages
