We use the embeddable framework for our CRM-system and process most of the events being thrown by the framework. However it seems that not all events are being send when a user for example wrap-ups their call. Could it be possible that the user wraps-up the call with the main mypurecloud environment and therefore the event is not being send by the embeddable framework?
