I would like to be able to export (preferably in pdf) the script values specific for the interaction. I would like to keep this as a record of values the customer input that are transferred to the agent to use during the interaction. Agents are responsible for ensuring accuracy and would like to have a record of what the customer provided them.
Is this possible?
