When PureCloud marks a contact as Do Not Call, Invalid Lead etc how can I update my CRM to reflect these changes? From the CRM it looks like the leads have never been dialed as there is no response sent to the CRM in these instances?
You can use the contact list (outbound) apis to export the contact list and sync it with your system. If you need information about the attempts, use an analytics conversation detail query and filter on the campaign or contact ID.
