External contacts appear as NO Name in conversations


Hello. You can see in the picture that I have some external contacts showing No Name. I have followed the documentation here to search, add, and associate external contacts.
From the details here [5e4d1cf7-254c-404e-80e1-8404b0c86538], you can also see that the external contact has a name.

So I want to know why the customer service page still displays NO Name.

Supplement: I queried this user's request here. In fact, it is related to a request from an external contact, and the information was successfully returned.

(I'm not sure if the 404 error for this request in api/v2/analytics/conversations is related to this problem)

Just a thought... Your JSON screen-shot shows that the contact has a firstName of "Rob dunn", but no lastName. Perhaps try setting firstName="Rob" and lastName="Dunn" and see if that makes a difference?
