Flow size limits problem

Hi!

I'm reaching the forum because we're having some issues to optimize a very large inbound call flow.

Our first strategy was to modularized the flow using Common modules but about to end the re-enginnering we surpass the Flow size limit, As you imagine, we didn't know that CM size agreggates to the total flow size.

Now we're thinking about a long term strategy to optimize large IVRs in Genesys, because we need to avoid this as IVR evolves.

So, Any thoughts on this? Does anyone know any optimization tips or have the same issues?

That must be some flow. I have created a large financial self service IVR and only just got out of the "low" on the size bar.

I assume you are making extensive use of re-useable tasks?
Depending on ask as well, you can transfer to other flows.
