Flows in cx as code?

Good Morning!

I'm curious if anyone is using CX as Code for all IVR implementation, including flows, or is that not possible and flows HAVE to be generated in the UI and exported as YAML.

I'd also be interested in a real end to end IVR with the standard fix'ns like PIN check via an api call, customer data pull via api, etc - all the examples are extremely simple and nothing like what a real world implementation would look like.

We do have several customers using CX as Code to deploy Architect flows. The blueprint we have for IVRs was not intended to be comprehensive. It was meant to be a simple hello world project for CX as Code. If you want to look at a much more complicated architect flow I would suggest you look at this blueprint. It is not an IVR blueprint, but it does demonstrate how to templatize an Architect YAML file and also how to build and deploy a data action using an AWS Lambda.

Let me know if you are looking for some specific examples of things. We have a lot of blueprints that demonstrate how to do things using CX as Code.
