From where we get search string of screenpop in embedded framework

Hi,

I want to know from where we will get the search string, Is this from architect flow. To one of our customer the search string is some guid/interaction ID. Where do we configure this at Genesys, Is there any way to change it to anything from ANI. Thanks in advance.

The value depends on the type of interaction. Example values include an email address for email interactions, or a phone number for call, callback, outbound dialing, SMS and WhatsApp messages, and ACD voicemail interactions.

Yes, is there a way to change that to GUID/interaction id instead of email address/phone number in the genesys?
