Gc group search returns no value

Hello,
If I use the same json to make a Group search on the API Explorer and gc, Explorer will return values while GC will return no result.
For example:

If I use the q64 to with the group search for q64 in Explorer, it will return a list of matching groups.
If I use the q64 to with the group list gc command (without the %3D at the end, it will return the same page as above....
