Hello, we have genesys integrated with salesforce, we have verified that the users do not have the GCBA installed nor do they have permissions, etc., but when a new tab is opened in salesforce it appears blank and the error we get is for gcba, get 127.0.0.1 :8191/gcbaId err_connection_refused, but no user has gcba installed on their PCs or anything like that, can you help me?
