Genesys Cloud CX Release Management Process

Hi, my company will be migrating to Genesys Cloud CX in the fall. We have some questions about Genesys Cloud CX Release Management:

Does a client to approve a release or is automatically pushed out to client?

Does the client have the ability to schedule the release?

Can a client opt out of a particular release?

How is a client notified of an upcoming release?

Who should be receiving these notifications?

Is there documentation on how the release process works?

Will there be written documentation on the release?

Is there any training that should be taken?

Point of correction, Here is better documentation that will help you with the answers you are looking for. Quick heads up; the client does not have the control over a release as to where they approve a release, rather releases may happen multiple times during a period.
