Genesys cloud too slow and giving rate limit issues

Hi Team,

We are facing 429 rate limit issue and even after retrying we are not able to hit the API's.
We are also seeing issues while loading audit viewer page on UI.
We are also not able to create free trial account: The account successfully created page is not appearing even after we get activation mail link and followed all the steps.
