Genesys cloud voice

Hi all,
not sure it's the right place de ask about trunk Genesys cloud voice
can this type of trunk be used to transfer calls to third party application (voice bot) and transfer back the calls.

or it's mondatory to use BYOC ?

Hello,

You will need BYOC at least for the call leg between Genesys Cloud and your 3rd party IVR.
The call can only be transferred back to Genesys Cloud if the destination (your 3rd party IVR/Gateway) triggers the transfer (sending a SIP REFER to Genesys Cloud on the existing SIP call session).
