Genesys for Salesforce Plugin - Call Log (Task Object) - Status field

hi Everyone,

Just wondering if anyone could help, we install Genesys For Salesforce Plugin - out of box. And when initiating an inbound call, Call Log (Salesforce Task Object) created when call connected.

Question is when Call Log created, is there any setting to Status field as "In Progress", because it defaulting to "Completed".
