Hi,
I need help how can i get the federation xml from Genesys cloud
A found a topic:
To retrieve the federation XML from Genesys, you'll need to access the Genesys configuration or administrative tools where the federation settings are managed.

How can i access the configuration or administrative tools, do I need specific roles etc ?
