Hi,
how can I capture a user response to use in my flow???

Can you provide more detail around what you're looking for? It would be good to understand what is the actual functionality as perceived by the end user. I.e. customer calls into the IVR and says something and then I want to reply to the customer using a bot.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to capture what a user sends in an Inbound Chat Flow.
The only available way is to leverage the Lex or DialogFlow integration (and build a bot using Lex or DialogFlow). Genesys Dialog Engine (to build a bot) will also be available in the future.
