My company is interested in cleaning up the messages that come through to our customer agents.
When a message comes through that has one of our banned words, we want to give them a warning and then end that chat session.
Is there a good way to gain access to the messages and then search through them with our list if Strings? Preferably, we would want to check on the server side, so maybe a flow in Architect if that is possible.
