GetCurrentDateTimeUtc() function returns UTC-02:00 date time?

Hi,

I would expect the GetCurrentDateTimeUtc() function will returns the current UTC date time value. However during my testing I found out that it actually returning a UTC-02:00 date time. This can be reproduce by playing a date time variable with the value returned by GetCurrentDateTimeUtc() function.

For example, I made a call on 20 Feb at 4:47:27 PM (UTC +08:00) but the UTC date time audio playback 6:52 AM, 20 Feb 2020. The actual UTC date time should be 8:47 AM.
