GetRoutingSkillgroups() question

I'm using the GetRoutingSkillgroups() and am passing in a location name as 'name' parameter to the API. The documentation says the name parameter is "Return only skill group names whose names start with this value (case-insensitive matching)". We have a location named Location_Mumbai, so pass that in for the name thinking I was only going to get that location back in the return. Instead I'm getting some other groups in the return and none of them are even remotely close to the name I passed in.

Am I misunderstanding how this input parameter works or is there something else going on?

Indeed, the name parameter does not seem to work as it is described in the definition.
