Help defining API Query to extract Direction and Initial direct for conversation aggregate

Hi guys,

I'm trying to find out, how to add to the existing Genesys Conversation aggregates to include the Initial Direction. I did test this myself, but the query wasn't returning the direction and neither the initial direction.
Opened a ticket with Genesys Care, but only got URL's back with the documentation and referred me here.
