Hide customer details across all digital channels

I am needing to hide customer details across all messaging channels, for web messaging this is not an issue as we can use a participant data to create a fake name. When I try this or other participant data fields within the message flows, the name shows of the customer should the customer message from WhatsApp of Facebook, I have looked at the following attributes and it doesn't seem to override. in the agent UI.

Message.Message.senderAddressInfo.addressDisplayable
Message.Message.senderAddressInfo.addressNormalized
Message.Message.senderAddressInfo.addressRaw
Message.Message.senderAddressInfo.email
Message.Message.senderAddressInfo.name
Message.Message.targetAddressesInfo

What I need:

I need the ability to hide the social handlers from the live agents.
