Hide Embeddable Framework Menu Options

Hi

We have a custom build CRM system in which we want to use the Genesys Embeddable Framework. However the issue is that a lot of the features that a present in the i-frame that pops up need to be automatically triggered and set by the CRM we do not want the user to manually adjust their status or initiate new interactions, view the user log or schedule using the Genesys component. The only feature that I would like enabled is the Agent Performance, i would like to hide everything else. In the image i have attached i would only like to display the Agent performance, even more preferable is to go directly into the Voice Statistics and leave that window permanently open.

Does anyone know if the these 2 things are possible, 1 to hide everything except the agent performance and 2 can we navigate straight to agent performance as the window loads.
