History of Scheduling versions

Hi Team,

I'm using the /api/v2/architect/schedulegroups/{scheduleGroupId} endpoint to check for the modification history of a particular schedule group, but I'm only able to see the last modification. Is there a way to check (either via the front-end or the API) all the versions and who modified a particular schedule group?

Only the current version is available via the API.

Regarding monitoring of changes, you could have a look at Audits Query. There is apparently a "Telephony" - "ScheduleGroup" - "Create"/"Delete"/"Update" service/entity/actions.

You can have a look at the Genesys Cloud Desktop - Admin - Troubleshooting - Audit Viewer if you want to see what's returned (note that the Audit Viewer is leveraging the audit realtime query).

For the list of services/entities/actions, that's the link I gave above to Action Catalog - "Telephony" - "ScheduleGroup" - "Create"/"Delete"/"Update" service/entity/actions.

In case of Schedule Group, it is Telephony service, ScheduleGroup entity, and Create/Delete/Update actions.
