We are using web messenger were we want to end the conversation once the messenger is closed, but in our case if we minimize the messenger the conversation still in "LIVE " state but we want the conversation need to be end once if we close the messenger.
since we are implementing a feature in our application where once the user had the conversation, if the user closes the messenger then we are hitting to an api where it provide the entire conversation history and we are storing in our application.
There is possibility of ending the conversation only if the user is connected with Genesys agent , but if there is only bot conversation with user then we cant end the conversation.
