How do we know if subscription to Premium App is cancelled?

Hi,

This is an extension question to " [Uninstall Process of Premium Wizard Application] question. (Uninstall Process of Premium Wizard Application)"

Given we are setting uninstall=false for Production instance of Premium App, how do we know if an Genesys Organization who purchased the app decides to cancel subscription?
a) Cancelling before 12 months commitment is completed
b) Cancelling after initial 12 months period

The reason we check is that for each of the Genesys Org who purchases our Premium App, we intend to collect some data and have computed data available for Dashboards (for quick retrieval).

If an Org cancels subscription to our Premium App, we would like to perform cleanup to unprovision that Organization part of our system.

What sort of communication does the Genesys Partner received on new subscriptions/subscription cancellations?

How does the Premium App know when to deactivate/cleanup an unsubscribed Org?

Is it safe to assume that once subscription is cancelled, the new permissions created specific for app are NO longer available for any user in the system?

That's correct.
The product (e.g. examplePremiumApp) and the permission(s) (e.g. integration:examplePremiumApp:view, ....) will be removed from the Genesys Cloud org.
