Hi Enrique,
We do not have a single unified solution for backing up your Genesys Cloud environment. I would recommend that you post an Idea to our Ideas portal.
You export and back up your flows using Archy. I would recommend you take a look at this blog post here.
CX as Code can be used to export any resources that are currently in the provider. However, CX as Code does not currently export objects like prompts, scripts, and Architect flows. We are working on these capabilities but there are not there yet. Take a look at our export provider here.
The CLI is basically a wrapper around our entire API. You can perform exports of objects with it into a JSON format, but you will need to write code to or use the CLI to add those objects in the event of a recovery event.
I personally recommend you write targeted backup scripts for key objects and then make sure you test them on a regular basis.
