In simple words, if contentOffer was shown to the visitor I need to call the code that will call an additional popup on my page.
The whole scenario is a bit more complicated because I'm using ContentOffer as a mock for lack of ability to call JS code directly from PE. I have a widget that allows me to order the Callback and start the FB/WhatsApp interaction. I would like the logic for showing this widget to be controlled by PE based on defined segments, outcoms, etc. Unless it can be done more simply?

For now, could you not leverage Messenger's Journey-plugin qualified events, and add the necessary JS code on the page?
