How to get DTMF input from Audiohook

Hi Team,

The need is that during the audiocall, once the bot has played the IVR menu, we collect what DTMF input the user has pressed on his phone.
Is there a way to acquire this through Genesys AudiohookMonitor?

Hi Bhagyaraju_Pati,

For this scenario we are launching a feature called Audio Connect, which will provide audiohook connections for the IVR / Bot functionality. Currently planning to Beta end of December/Start of January then GA end of February.
