How to get status without events

Hi, I need to know how to get user status (ie. BUSY).

I usually get it from an interactionSubscription event, but I can't get it this way on load, because events doesn't happend yet.

Is there any method to request that info?

I noticed that softphone sends events later and I finally got user status in one of them.
