Hello All - We have in-house survey, which is offered based upon the "Set post-flow" and the particip[ant data we are attaching, we are setting in the post flow "Target" as "Caller".
Now in a scenario, where customer calls in and talk to an agent and then Agent transfers to an outside number (which is no in Genesys), we don't want to offer survey for such cases. How could this be achieved?
