How to resolve Reuseable Menus - For Quick Menu Input

Good Morning,

I have two environments: one in the US-West region and another in the US-East region. Both environments have the same call flow, which includes reusable menus with 5 menu levels and barge-in enabled.

In the US-West environment, if I press 1-1-1-1 continuously in the first menu, the call flow proceeds to the 5th menu level as expected. However, in the US-East environment, pressing 1-1-1-1 in the first menu causes the call flow to retry the first menu instead of advancing to the 5th menu level.

How can I debug this issue in the US-East environment? The requirement is that pressing 1-1-1-1 in the first menu should advance the call flow to the 5th menu level without retrying the first menu.

Did you check barge in options and default setting in each menu?

I notice, when I make copy of flow some settings are not set correctly like default action per example

Can you compare the Edge software version on your us-west vs us-east orgs?

I checked Barge in is enabled and each menu has its default settings.

I did not copy the flow from anywhere . but still I couldn't resolve the problem
