he API /api/v2/conversations/{conversationId}/participants/{participantId} has a "recording" attribute that can be set to true or false. When set to true, it initiates a user-initiated recording. Agents can listen to their own initiated recordings in their inbox (Listen to recordings - Genesys Cloud Resource Center).
Does anyone know how administrators can retrieve recordings by providing the conversationId or specifying a time interval? Looks like they're different from the recording that /recording API retrieves.
