How to unassign a holding call from a queue

I'm trying to figure out how to unassign a holding voice all from a queue. Use case:

  • Call enters queue abc.
  • Call holds for 60 seconds but does not get answered.
  • Pull call out of queue abc.
  • Queue call to queue xyz.

How to accomplish this in Architect. There is no documentation referencing how to do this or if it is even possible, that I can find.

In the inqueue call flow for queue abc, play hold music for 60 seconds, then use a transfer to ACD action to go to queue xyz
