Something happened with one of my autodial campaigns.
suddenly in one moment all calls where clients picked up the phone became failed with wrap up code [ININ-OUTBOUND-FAILED-TO-REACH-AGENT]
at the same time I have enough agents On queue and none of them receive calls
I even tried to create a new campaign, new call list, test on another internet - nothing helps...
