Is there a way to set a call as not abandoned in certain circumstances while the caller is currently in a in queue call flow and they hang up? The use case is that while in queue call flow we provide the caller with some self-service options which serve their needs so we don't need to consider a hangup at a specific point to be an abandoned. If this is not possible, is there a best practice like transferring out of the queue to get it to not be counted?
