For one of our customers, we are generating a report with all transcriptions. But when I invoke the API with endpoint … I am getting 404 error consistently. If I am going to try retrieve transcription for certain period, it is waste of API usage and also unnecessary load for Genesys platform as well as there is no data to provide. Is there any Organization setting which will tell if transcription is enabled or not for a Genesys Organization?
Thank you for your response. However, I would like to clarify that I need to verify this setting for each individual interaction. This is important as transcription is not available for some interactions in one of our production environments.
I have received a solution from Maika via Case #0003615869, and now I just need to confirm whether the QueueID or FlowID exists for a given interaction. If neither is available, I will refrain from calling the API mentioned in my previous message.
