We have implemented Co-Browse for both chat and voice channel.
For chat interactions, when the customer receives co-browse request from agent, the notification window pops out in the screen asking the customer either to accept / reject the co-browse request.
But, for voice interactions, after the customer enters the 6 digit security code to start the co-browse session, there is no notification window which pops out in the screen asking the customer either to accept / reject the co-browse request.
Only a disclaimer screen shows in the page.
My query is, like in case of chat, if there is any way we can configutre the pop up with Accept / Reject button, providing option to customer to choose.
