We need to know if Genesys Cloud can be integrated with "App Insight" which is an extension of "Azure Monitor", the main objective is to know if we can integrate this app and achieve to capture metrics and monitor in genesys cloud, for example, all the responses or routes within an architect flow that execute an application such as a Data Action or the call to a Bot or a common Module, anticipating errors and allowing to have a little more visibility on this.If it is not possible to perform this integration with the Azure Monitor extension that Integrations (Native or third party) we can offer to monitor these events as required.
