Interaction widget close when conversation finish?

Hi,

I am going to develop a Web form that I will integrate into the Genesys Cloud console as an iframe through an interaction widget.

I understand that the interaction is related through the parameter of the URL of my iframe as the documentation shows.

But I have a question. When the conversation is ended by the user or by the agent, does the widget automatically close? If we allow the management of lifecycle events, at the end of the conversation, would this action be detected by my listener in my APP?

I was thinking of using lifecycle events to control the close and allow the agent some extra time to work after finishing the conversation
