Is there a way to add one more box in the scripter or custom which shows the phone number the person who called dialed to reach certain queue? using the template for inbound scripts, how Can we show the dialed number and is it even possible to do this?

Actually we found another topic from years ago, but we cannot see the examples (pictures) the agent added...
Still not solved, but if anyone understands his explanation and is able to add the examples (screenshots) we will be very grateful..
