Issue with Get Raw SIP Headers action

Hello,

I'm trying to extract raw SIP Headers from an inbound call, but the "Get Raw SIP Headers" action seems to always fail. The action is configured to be called as the first thing in the call flow, and I always get NoSipHeadersExist error back.

The inbound call arrives via the default Genesys Cloud trunk, and hits one of the DID numbers provisioned within the Genesys Cloud platform.

Any help on how to get this working would be very much appreciated!

I think the "Get Raw SIP Headers" is only available when using BYOC Cloud trunks.
The Get Raw SIP Headers action page on Resource Center specifically mentions it: to get existing BYOC Cloud SIP headers in a string-type variable

I have tried it on my environment (using a BYOC Cloud trunk with Twilio) and it worked - I could get access to the string result.

If you are using a Genesys Cloud Voice number, this is likely why it is failing.
