It is possible to use a bot flow with knowledge base for an inbound email?

We are trying to implement multi-channel bot flows (with or without digital) using knowledge bases so that the bots function as FAQs.

The problem is that the use of bots is not allowed from the inbound email flow. Is there a way to implement this function in another way? Maybe with APIs? We don't need the use of a bot flow to be mandatory, we just need to return the response to the FAQs by email.

I don't think this is currently supported.
You may want to check the link on supported channels.

This said, if bot is not a requirement, you could still use data actions to access directly the knowledgebase through its Rest Api.
