IVR notification on websocket connection?

Hi, we are implementing a service that integrates with AudioHook and it is designed to receive messages via a WebSocket connection. Currently, we observe that messages are coming over the WebSocket only after a call is transferred to an agent. However, during the IVR phase, we do not receive any messages through this connection. Is this behavior configurable? Our objective is to ensure that our service receives notifications over the WebSocket for the entire duration of a call, including the IVR phase.
