Is there a way to identify the user’s language in Architect message flow? The users contact our customer using social media messengers (facebook and twitter) and we would like to route the interaction to the right agent using the language skill routing.
You could use the DetectLanguage function on the message's body
My experience is that this function is not always accurate in language detection if the user submit less text in the first message.
Is there an alternative approach?
Use a bot if you can find one that's more accurate at it.
