We have a campaign set up to use a call analysis response which transfers to an outbound flow on answering machine detection (waiting for beep).
We've been adjusting the no answer timeout on the campaign to verify behaviour.
No answer timeout = 30 seconds:
- For an answering message starting after 22 seconds of ringing, the call was transferred to outbound flow and executed as expected.
- For an answering message starting after 32 seconds of ringing, the call result was inin-outbound-no-answer as expected.
However, No answer timeout = 60 seconds:
- For an answering message starting after 22 seconds of ringing, the call result was inin-outbound-disconnected with no transfer to the outbound flow. <-- It is this scenario that I am confused about. Has anyone else came across it, and is there a reason for this behaviour?
- For an answering message starting after 32 seconds of ringing, the call was transferred to outbound flow and executed as expected.
